Saturday, November 28, 2015 - Medium red-garnet color. Bacon frying nose,, violets, spearmint, allspice, raspberry, beef broth. On arrival, smooth and dry tannin and balanced acidity. Deep and rich despite modest alcohol and cold. Excellent bottle ! Bottle #10 of twelve.
