Saturday, November 27, 2010 - Heitz and deer (Heitz und Hirsch mit René Gabriel) (Restaurant Sempacherhof): sweet, lemon, camomille tea, malt, tee, beeswax, head-to-head with the 1975 but won at the end, mainly because when you had nearly nothing left in the glass it had a fantastic nose!
