Tuesday, June 7, 2022 - Wine Workshop: Heitz Martha's Vineyard (The Dutch): Pretty sure this will be the longest lived wine of the tasting. There's so much good structure here and yet it just comes across as a bit young (I know - crazy to say for a 48 year old wine). Nice acid. Good fruit. Developing and needs some more time. Heard there was a bottle of this the previous week that bowled everyone over. This didn't have that power, but maybe with a bit more time?
