Saturday, November 18, 2023 - Opens up with couple of hours of air with from a scent of blueberries to a more intense scent of dried plum and herbs and hint of licorice and violet. Rather long and somewhat jammy taste of ripe dark fruit with a slight spice at the end. Stays rather long in the mouth with a mild acidity. Easy to drink without being too simple. Pairs well with aged hard cheese or grilled meat.
