Without a doubt: this is a pretty nice bottle of wine, a lovely drink from the southern Rhone. Young, wild & delicious, though not very complex. Pair with a steak or BBQ. Somewhat overpriced and with 808 grams bottle weight it is ridiculous

Opens up with couple of hours of air with from a scent of blueberries to a more intense scent of dried plum and herbs and hint of licorice and violet. Rather long and somewhat jammy taste of ripe dark fruit with a slight spice at the end. Stays rather long in the mouth with a mild acidity. Easy to drink without being too simple. Pairs well with aged hard cheese or grilled meat.

Maybe this was too young, but this was missing a little depth or harmony I was hoping for; liqueured red and darker berries and plum, softer feel but some alcohol poking through, I think a couple more years should turn the volume down to a more tolerable level and provide better drinkability.

Excellent substance, range, and balance. The wine features appealing lightness and precision, particularly by CdRV standards. No stewiness, well integrated alcohol, quality finish. 90-91.

Juicy and brighter than expected, with primary notes of black raspberry and Red Twizzler leading the way. On the simple side, with hints of black pepper and spice weaving in late.

Last time I drank this wine, it was the 2010 vintage. I didn't like it! According to my note the bottle lacked backbone and soul. I think I've change more than the wine. This has a direct and spicy nose with lingon- and blueberries. There are some oak and pepper aswell! On the palate the wine is mediumbodied with plenty of fruit, spices, very good acidity, gentle tannins and a good finish. A charming and easygoing wine!

Great wine. Well integrated. Nose is earth, dark fruit, graphite and some mint. Price point is great. Get some!

Same note as before - better on day 2. wouldn’t go with 92pp but close. Again, a bargain at below 16 €. Kirsch, full bodied, clear Janasse style.

Clear Janasse heritage, was better on day 2. Fantastic qpr (below 16 €). Sadly I missed the ˋ19 vintage, but ´20 is quite nice.

Amazing. I wish I had the discipline to save one of the bottles to age.

Dark red. Dark fresh smell. Lots of dark fruit. Oak and sweet mouthful taste. Nice.
