Wednesday, June 21, 2023 - An incredible Barolo. To me this wine clearly shows how the 2018 vintage is open for business already now. Such a fragrant nose with explosive notes of cherries, spices, roses, minerality, and seductive sweetness. Tasted up against the Bartolo 2018. This one was the winner.
I did prefer it straight out of the bottle.
