Monday, April 24, 2023 - Decanted for ~4 hours, then backing into the bottle for ~4 hours ahead of service. Gorgeous aromas of black cherry, florals, anise and leather. Still very fresh and chewy with loads of nuance. Right in the middle of its peak window.
