Tuesday, March 21, 2023 - I wanted to like this more. It's pretty pale and translucent, certainly not jammy and held together by acidity rather than (any) tannin. Maybe it's unfair to judge it so young but it's clearly meant for early consumption. I just don't get much sense of more to come.
