Friday, November 23, 2007 - Very smooth with loads of fruit, spice and herbal notes. The alcohol blew off after only an hour or less, revealing a velvet smooth sipper. I'm not up on Cab Franc profiles, but this is a nice wine whether is fits mold or not.
