Sunday, November 13, 2022 - A private lunch with friends (Restaurant De Lage Vuursche, Lage Vuursche, NL): Organic viticulture, old vines on argilo-calcaire, aged ouillé for three years in neutral oak without any intervention, bottled unfined and unfiltered on 3 November 2021 without added sulfur. Quite a full yellow colour, earthy and silky, gently nutty finish.
