Friday, November 23, 2012 - Boekenhoutskloof Winemakers dinner. (@ Bottles; Sas van Gent, Netherlands): Marc Kent told us that in this 2001 there is about 4 - 5 % Cab. Franc in the wine. In the bouquet beautiful dark and red berries as well as a pleasant touch of barnyard. On the palate the same impressions, beautifully mature with sweet spices, good acidity and soft tannin.
