Monday, June 1, 2020 - Proof that ideal cellaring and a good Cork and our wines live a far greater distance than the experts give to them. The wine was seamless, still good fruit density and deep colour without any brick red ageing to be seen. Everything in harmony with a lovely long finish and no loss on the mid palate.
