Saturday, November 25, 2023 - new and aged Rhones: golden straw and somewhat viscous. heady nose of ripe mango and pineapple with fresh herbs and white blossoms. delightfully creamy in texture and framed by fresh acidity and clean minerality, the flavours of stone fruit, red apples, citrus flesh glide over the palate with clarity, intensity, and a minty freshness. very long with herbal and spice accents.

balanced, absolutely lovely and incredibly accessible now, but without doubt, a wine whose best days are a decade away.

15% AbV (well integrated); 85% Marsanne/ 15% Roussanne from four different lieu-dits (Rocoules, Hermite, Péléat, Maison Blanche); 100% new oak fermentation and ageing for twenty-four months
