Saturday, October 10, 2020 - Gourmetklubbens fyrtiosjunde middag (A+N, Sundbyberg): Raspberries and minerals combined with sulphur and some baked bread. More youthful than I expected, but should reward some extra cellaring.
(Probably best with 3-9 years extra cellaring)
