Thursday, December 1, 2011 - This seems to be a reliable NV Champagne year to year, bright acid, bread dough, apples, lemon zest and some ginger after a few minutes of air. Not the longest Finish, but a nice mouse. After a glass I split the bottle with my neighbor and we made mimosas.
