Friday, January 3, 2014 - From 375mL. Quite lively aromas of yeasty lemon citrus, cinnamon, and white flowers. The linear palate features a medium fine mousse and opening tart green apple, later transitioning to lemon/lime citrus, baking spice, and chalky minerals. Really enjoyable, if a bit standard. Drink or hold.
