PALATE: off-dry; high acidity; medium body; medium alcohol; creamy persistant mousse, medium+ finish; medium+ flavour intensity; flavour characteristics: as per nose: green apple, lemon, lime, bruised apple, brioche, yeasty notes
READINESS FOR DRINKING: Drink now, not intended for further ageing
FURTHER REMARKS: From half bottle. Very good. Typical NV Champagne, with good concentration, fine complexity and elegant combination of fruit and autolytic character.
