Monday, September 7, 2015 - Le Tour de Champagne Tasting (Hotel Intercontinental Amstel, Amsterdam, NL): A blend of 55% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier. Lovely Pinot fruit, nice complexity from the vin de réserve, vinous, subtle mousse, gastronomic.
