Sunday, December 6, 2015 - * Nose: A quite "creamy" nose with honey, buttery & smoky oak, sweet lemon and chalky minerality.
* Taste: Mature fruit, well integrated oak. Not very complex but very harmonious, balanced and impressively rich for a Bourgogne Blanc!
* Absolutely mature now and I would not recommend further cellaring.
