Tuesday, May 10, 2022 - 14.7 alcohol; composite cork; maximum 3 mm wine penetration; cork aroma of alcohol and sweet cherries; medium to heavy weight foil; long legs, crystalline light-colored burgundy; opened and tasted 15 minutes later at approximately 17 degrees C; medium bodied; nose of brown leaves and stone fruit; tannins, minerals, forest floor; definitely not fruit forward; short finish; pair with hors-d'oeuvres cheeses and nuts.
