Wednesday, April 17, 2024 - This needed about an hour in the decanter to really start to shine and then it was really good. Cherries with a hint of vanilla, some earth and some savory notes too. Really nice structure, with great acidity and just the right amount of tannin to accompany the ribeye we had with it.
