Tuesday, January 23, 2024 - A birthday wine from earlier in the month. The aromas reminded me of a bag of dill potato chips, along with raspberry and a hint of leather.

Flavours bursting with chalky red fruit reminded me of rocket candy, something I Always get with most Spanish wines. Other flavors of blueberry, oak spice, vanilla, orange, and minerals. I Love the acidity of this wine, juicy and fresh, tannins are very approachable. Short finish for me but this is one quaffable wine.
