Thursday, October 27, 2022 - Rather full flavored champagne. I got the half bottles as I was the only one drinking champagne, and very happy I did. Bread, yeast, pears and lemon zest on the nose. Very golden in color, a nice hue to look at. Definitely pinot-heavy and I like it.
