Saturday, September 26, 2015 - This is such a beautiful, ethereal Barolo. Classic Monprivato. Color is translucent ruby. Nose of wet tea leaves, roses, citrus peel and camphor. Palate is mid/full body, very balanced with delineated tannins and lots of fruit. Finish is long -- 30-45 seconds. This can go for a lot longer, but is into the drinking window now. Really nice.
