Saturday, November 12, 2016 - Several years later than its presumed peak, cork disintegrated so wound up straining through cheesecloth into the decanter. Thoroughly mellowed and rounded off, all the deep fruit melded together. Slight oxidative notes, but mostly just a pleasurable experience.
