Sunday, April 12, 2009 - Excellent Bordeaux. Nose surprisingly understated compared to other 2003 Pape Clement that I have consumed. Overall, dark ink/purple color. Integrated tannins well balanced silky texture on the mouth with a long finish. I got mostly dark fruit with some tobacco and earthy notes. Highly recommend this vintage.
