Saturday, March 31, 2007 - Old World vs. New World (Farpointe Cellar): This was a very luscious wine. The nose had loads of blackberry and cherry, along with graphite, smoke and a touch of espresso. The palate showed cherry and smoked meat, with a bit of espresso rounding things out. The finish was wonderful.
