Sunday, April 10, 2011 - Pure barnyard and roses on the nose with tertiary aromas - forest, game, wet leather - in the background. Very judcious use of oak, just a slight smoky touch and tannin. Full of juicy red absolutely ripe red fruit, silky medium (-) tannins and a looooong aftertaste. Veal stew is in preparation right now. A gorgeous wine. As they say - drinking such a burgundy is like "making love on silky sheets". Enjoy. Cheers!
