Sunday, December 19, 2021 - Fantastic! One of the best domestic stickies I’ve had. Fairly light on sweetness for an eiswein. More auslese level, really. A cornucopia of decadent fruit perched on a tightrope of high-tension acidity. Tangy apricot, lemon drop candy, a bit of golden raisin, and lemon tart. Rich texture and just a hint of spice - is that oak or botrytis, hard to tell.
