Thursday, March 28, 2024 - Pale to medium garnet, with a bare suggestion of bricking at the rim. Smelled pronounced aromas of rose, red cherry, violets, and deeper in some savory herbs; tasted the fruit first but with the rest alongside, and added a little tarriness from the fine-grained tannin. Medium-plus body with high (but not searing) acidity and tannin, good intensity, medium-plus fruity finish.
