Sunday, November 26, 2023 - Yummy red blend from a well-known Bolgheri producer - whose top wines are much more expensive! 50% Merlot, 20% Syrah, 15% each CS and CF. It's young and will probably age well for a decade, but bought as a PnP. Decanted and served with steak and Guinness stew. Food and the decant smoothed it out nicely. A delicious pairing!
