Friday, March 29, 2024 - Camomile, toast, green pepper and stem ginger on the nose.
Baked apple, hazelnut, bitter lime into light oak and honey. Waxy texture.
Excellent in its own right but would struggle to find equivalent burgundies at this price with as much interest and complexity. Flavours better integrated than in a bottle a year ago.
