Monday, October 9, 2023 - Let stand 24h from cellar before opening. Deep purple color. Needed about an hour to open up and stayed consistent over the next few hours. Blackberry, kirsch, raisony, almost like an Amarone. Paired perfectly with BBQ Pork. Well integrated medium tannins, long beautiful finish. Still in prime drinking window probably for another 5+ years. Drinking beautifully now.
