Surprisingly tight at first (no decanting); improved with time to show pronounced cranberry/currant flavors, some earth/minerality. Revisited 2 days later on Xmas afternoon, finished prior to the (very late) meal, but much more enjoyable. Really a baby still, it needs plenty of air time at this point to show it's stuff.
