Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Decanted 2 hrs. A fairly extracted wine with notes of dark cherry, cedar, earth, pepper with prominent but smooth tannins. Great velvety mouthfeel with long finish. This wine has years to go. Paired very nicely with grilled dry-aged Wagyu ribeye steaks and grilled lobster tails.
