Monday, November 8, 2010 - Cornas (28-50, London): Almost opaque, dull beetroot red with the sediment. Sweet-fruited nose, a touch of iron. The sediment gives it some grip. Good acidity, still there, just, but on the downslope. Not as good a a couple of bottles two years ago. Gorgeous nose though, starting to add beef, blood and a touch of spice to the rusty iron. **** nose but (*)**1/2 overall.
