Saturday, October 27, 2007 - Ripe black fruit on the nose mixed with some green bell pepper and vanilla. Full-bodied and well defined in the mouth with medium acidity and a medium tannin level. Finish comes up a bit short. Not to my style due to the green notes but, aside from that, a nice cabernet and one that goes well with food.
