Saturday, February 25, 2023 - Freshness on the nose, with lemon and slight peach. Green apple and citrus on the palate. High acidity. Fine bubbles. Medium body, not very complex. Medium minus finish with brioche notes.

Clear Veuve Cliquot style. Slightly more interesting than the yellow label, but nothing special here.
