Friday, April 14, 2023 - Slightly reductive, with a hint of smoke. Fruity (peach, raspberry), floral, and mineral on the palate. Very firm on the finish, would have thought of it as a wine from vulcanic soils if I had not known its origin at the time of tasting. I will keep my remaining bottles for a couple of years for added complexity, but it is really delicious already. Make sure not to serve it too chilled: 12 - 15 degrees C will do fine. Drink 2025 - 2030. 93+ points.
