Dark ruby/garnet color with no sign of any age. Right away from the bottle a nice nose of cloves and red raspberries. This was a very fine example of what I really enjoy in a Cali-cab. Smooth, velvet with a nice long finish this was an extremely balanced wine that we really enjoyed.
