Thursday, December 20, 2007 - French Bakery BYO 1990's Cali Cab Sauv dominant wines; 12/19/2007-12/20/2007: Janet & Jorge's wine. Exceptional, drinking beautifully now, and shared WOTF, and WOTN with the 97 Phelps Insignia. Still has years left. This was clearly the flight of the night. I was surpirised this showed so well, because the CT reviews of my 97 Special Select(which I have not tried), have been circumspect. A complete wine, bouquet, palate and finish. Jorge and I also shared our appreciation for Caymus' Belle Glos. All tribute to a consistently outstanding producer.
