Wednesday, April 8, 2009 - We tasted the 1997 and 1998 Caymus side by side. Both wines had deep red color and good body. The 1998 was a bit rough and really did not taste all that good. I considered this one corked. The 1997 was nice from the start and got better as time went on. After an hour it was soft, it had more dark fruit and chocolate type flavors. Very nice!
