Friday, January 22, 2010 - Opened about 1/2 hour before tasting. Shy nose at first, along with muted flavors. Started opening up about an hour later, revealing a nice cabernet nose. Medium body, with mostly black cherries on the palate. Somewhat disappointing lack of complexity, but otherwise conveyed an impression of elegance and refinement. In spite of the vintage, this should hold for a few more years.
