Saturday, June 10, 2023 - Showing the sophistication and complexity of age, while still having the vivacity and intensity of youth. Dried red fruit, stewed dark red cherry, fruit leather, singed dried orange peel, pungent lit cigar, bitterness of espresso, leather, tobacco, tar, and black tea. Reminiscent of an intense aged Barolo. M+ acid. Fun, interesting, dynamic, and complex. A real treat.
