Sunday, June 11, 2023 - [Pop and pour. Cool not cold.] Wow! A stunning Kabinett. Gorgeously perfumed nose of white flowers and tart peaches. Great balance in the mouth. Refreshingly tart fruit and flowers in the mouth and the long complex finish. I don't know how this will age, but it is so delicious now.
