Sunday, June 25, 2023 - Just what one might expect from a Cab Franc crafted by Larry - that is, a balanced, flavorful, pure expression of the grape. Just a hint of Cab Franc pyrazine, as this is ripe, but not so much so that it ripens out the CF character. Very pleasing and easy to drink, but also enough complexity to contemplate as you sip without food. Also went very well with prime rib roast, bacon wrapped jalapenos, and grilled veggies. Really enjoyed this.
