Saturday, June 10, 2023 - Three Michelin Star Wine Pairing - Restaurant Amador - Vienna (Vienna, Austria): Lunch wine pairing @ Restaurant Amador in Vienna. WOTN! This dessert wine has more minerality than sauternes. Same nose though. Structured, great on its own! The somm is from Hungary and I am glad he has introduced me to this wine which I was not aware of until this lunch. Just ordered some for my cellar!
