Thursday, November 10, 2022 - Pale, light colour. Very fine nose, fruity-grassy, not complex. On the palate very light and discreet. Dry. Still very young. I remember older vintages are usually more hefty and pungent. This one is more floral and delicate. At this point I don't know if they changed the style of the wine or if it is the sub-optimal 2021 vintage. A good wine for sure. Let's see if it develops a bit more substance over the next few years.

In good vintages this can easily age 12 years no problem. At this point I doubt whether the 2021 will age that long and well. I will let it rest until 2024.
