  Agree with the previous reviews that this is very much toward the elegant side of the spectrum. Light on its feet.
  
  Freesia, jasmine, orange juice and lemon juice on the nose. Smells pretty primary; but in an attractive way. Medium intensity of aromas, it makes you excited for more. The palate is more complex, adding flavors of white pepper, cumin, ripe white nectarine, soursop and bitter herbs. The lemon juice from the nose becomes richer too, almost like a meyer lemon. The floral flavors are consistent with the aromas. Slightly frizzante, too.
  
  Medium body with medium acid. Delicate in a great way; and just a fun wine to drink. Drink now, I don't see this really getting any better. However, per a previous review, I'd like to try the other vintages that are more suitable for aging. Great pairing with roast chicken in a lemon sauce.

  Optischer Eindruck: Klares, mittleres zitronengelb
  
  Geruch: Sauber. Mittlere Aromen von Pfirsich, Litschi, Veilchen. Jugendlich.
  
  Geschmack: Trocken mit Anklängen von Süsse, mittel (-) Säure, Alkohol 13%, schlanker, cremiger Körper mit verhaltenen Aromen wie in der Nase, kurzer Abgang
  
  Schlussfolgerung: Gute Qualität. Dem Wein fehlt es an Länge, Komplexität und Intensität. Jetzt trinken, nicht für Lagerung geeignet.

  Pale, light colour. Very fine nose, fruity-grassy, not complex. On the palate very light and discreet. Dry. Still very young. I remember older vintages are usually more hefty and pungent. This one is more floral and delicate. At this point I don't know if they changed the style of the wine or if it is the sub-optimal 2021 vintage. A good wine for sure. Let's see if it develops a bit more substance over the next few years.
  
  In good vintages this can easily age 12 years no problem. At this point I doubt whether the 2021 will age that long and well. I will let it rest until 2024.
