Tuesday, May 11, 2010 - Drank w/ a steak covered in a chimichurri sauce. A perfect match for this wine. Tannins have smoothed out and the secondary characteristics have set in. This is in a great place right now and should drink well for at least another 5 years, if not more. Sad I only have one left.
